Ongoing financial planning—with the investment-management option you choose 

For individuals, families, and business owners who want an ongoing financial partner for the decisions that matter most. You can work with SEA in one of two (2) personalized ways: 

I. Advice Only — You Manage Investments 
Keep your accounts with your current custodian and manage your own portfolio. SEA provides ongoing planning, investment guidance, recommendations, and coordination—while you retain responsibility for implementing investment changes.

Fees: $250/month — Individual; $375/month — Couple; $500/month — Business Owner

One-time planning & onboarding fee: $1,750–$5,000 

II. Full-Service Wealth Management — SEA Manages Investments 
SEA coordinates your financial life and professionally manages your investment portfolio. This includes comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement and tax-planning coordination, and proactive guidance as your life and goals change.  Your ongoing planning relationship includes: 

  • Retirement planning and income strategies
  • Investment guidance: No minimum investment requirement
  • Tax-planning coordination 

Fees: Approximately 1.00% annually of managed assets, plus a planning subscription based on complexity.

One-time planning & onboarding fee: $1,750–$5,000 

② SEA Explorer

Financial Planning + Investment Management 

SEA Explorer is for clients who want one advisor to coordinate their financial plan and professionally manage their investment portfolio. This full-service wealth management relationship is generally a strong fit for clients with $250,000 or more in investable assets who value ongoing planning, tax-aware investing, and professional portfolio management. However, there is no strict account minimum. Our $250,000 guideline isn’t a hard line. We also work with clients below that level when their goals, needs, and circumstances make an ongoing planning relationship a good fit.

Good fit if you: 

  • Want professional investment management 
  • Value proactive retirement and tax planning 
  • Prefer an experienced RIA (registered investment advisor) to manage your portfolio 

Includes everything in SEA Voyage, plus: 

  • Evidence-based portfolio design, asset allocation & rebalancing
  • Retirement income planning & withdrawal strategies
  • Tax-efficient investment & portfolio strategies
  • Estate planning coordination
  • Advanced business owner planning strategies, as applicable

Investment management fees apply only to assets managed by SEA on your behalf. 

SEA Fee Offset: Clients with $500,000+ in managed assets have their monthly advisory/subscription fee waived. 

③ SEA Compass Consult 

Project-Based Financial Advice

Not everyone needs an ongoing advisory relationship. Compass provides focused advice for specific financial decisions or one-time projects. Examples include: 

  • Retirement decisions, tax strategy, estate coordination, second opinions 
  • Clear scope of work and fee quoted before any engagement begins
